Avon Enters Agreements with DOJ and SEC

Includes payments in connection with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations.

Avon Products, Inc. has entered into agreements with the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to the previously disclosed Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations.
